The 1% Challenge is all about dedicating just 1% of your day—that's 14 minutes—to mindfulness practice for 30 days. This simple act can significantly enhance your mental and physical well-being, help you connect to your life’s purpose, and also reward you for building your skills.
Here's a brief rundown of how it works:
- Start the challenge by participating in a 14-minute mindfulness session, either live or on-demand.
- For every minute of mindfulness you engage in, we make a donation to Mental Health America. (Mental Health America will be the default charity of choice during the OPC; however, you may select another, if you prefer.)
- The more you practice mindfulness, the more rewards you earn!
