How do I start the 1% Challenge?

Starting May 5th, 2025!

You can start the 1% Challenge (OPC) by simply logging into your account during the challenge time period and participating. 

  1. Choose a Session: You can watch or participate in any of our live or on-demand sessions. We have a wealth of content available to fit everyone's interests and needs.
  2. Mindful Dailies: As a starting point, we suggest our 14-minute Mindful Dailies. These sessions are offered throughout the day, every day, and provide new ways to learn skills that can help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
  3. On-Demand Content: We also provide a vast library of on-demand content covering a broad range of topics. Whether you're interested in Sleep, Anxiety, Performance & Effectiveness, Mindful Eating, Mindful Parenting, Leadership, Financial Stress, or other topics, we've got something for you.

Remember, the aim is not just to complete the challenge, but to make mindfulness a part of your daily routine. The consistent practice of mindfulness can yield significant benefits, including stress reduction, enhanced focus, improved emotional regulation, and a boost in overall well-being.
