Days for your participation are calculated based on your selected time zone, starting at 12 am and ending at 11:59 pm. Your time zone setting is found in your profile preferences. You can verify and, if needed, update your time zone by visiting your Profile and selecting the Account Settings tab at this link: https://vibe.emindful.com/profile.
Please ensure the content you're engaging with falls within the 24-hour period according to the time zone listed in your Profile. Please note that your time zone doesn't update automatically if you log in to eM Life from a different location.
