When will the next 1% challenge start?

The next 1% Challenge (OPC) will start again in May of 2026. Keep an eye out for announcements as it gets closer!

Here's how it works:

  1. Start the Challenge: By engaging in a mindfulness practice anytime within the defined start window, you kick off your challenge.

  2. Maintain the Habit: From the day you start, you have 40 consecutive days to practice mindfulness and earn rewards.

Logging in and engaging with our content regularly, encourages you to develop and maintain a mindfulness routine. This consistent practice can lead to increased self-awareness, better stress management, improved focus, and overall enhanced well-being.

We hope you can use the 1% Challenge as a stepping stone towards integrating mindfulness more fully into your life. It's more than a challenge; it's a path towards a healthier, more mindful lifestyle.
