The 1% Challenge (OPC) is designed to encourage engagement and participation. Once you start the challenge, there isn't an option to restart it. The goal is to motivate you to establish a regular mindfulness routine over the course of the 40-day period.
However, don't worry if you miss a few days. You can still earn rewards. The challenge is designed to be flexible and encourages you to continue your mindfulness practice, even if you've missed some days.
Setting a daily reminders or calendar alerts can be helpful to remember to log in each day and engage with the content. This regular engagement will assist in cultivating healthier habits and prioritizing your well-being. We look forward to your continued participation and commitment to mindfulness!
