Mindful Daily:
Mindful Dailies are live sessions that last 14 minutes and are available every day of the week, multiple times per day, at the top of the hour. Each session revolves around a specific theme or topic, which can range from self-compassion to finding inner peace, or how to handle daily challenges mindfully.
These sessions, led by eM Life's experienced instructors, are designed to present new perspectives and techniques to help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. They're an excellent resource for learning how to navigate various aspects of life more mindfully and can help enhance your overall wellbeing.
Guided Practice:
Guided Practice sessions focus primarily on providing live, guided meditations. These sessions, which can be 14 or 30 minutes long, feature longer periods of silence to deepen your mindfulness practice. They are offered at the bottom of the hour following the Mindful Daily Topic session.
The purpose of Guided Practice sessions is to cultivate your ability to stay present and focused. With the guidance of eM Life's instructors, these sessions can help you reduce stress, boost resilience, and enhance your overall mindfulness practice.
It's encouraged to attend sessions with different instructors, as each has their unique approach and perspective on mindfulness. Experimenting with different styles can enrich your practice and help you find what resonates most with you.
*Feel free to join a session late; it won't disrupt the ongoing session. The important thing is that you make the effort to show up, even if it's for a shorter duration than the scheduled time. Your presence matters!
