eM Life provides the option to set calendar reminders for upcoming Mindful Dailies, One-Off Single Sessions, and Immersive Series Sessions. This feature can help ensure you never miss a session and keep your mindfulness practice on track.
First, find a future session that you are interested in and click Register.
Next, click ADD TO CALENDAR as shown
You may see a prompt asking for permission to allow downloads from vibe.emindful.com. Upon agreeing, a calendar alert file will be downloaded. You just need to open this downloaded file and load it into your default calendar application, thereby setting a reminder for you.
In addition to calendar alerts, eM Life offers the flexibility to opt-in for email notifications and SMS text messages as reminders for your registered sessions. If you would like these notifications, just select the appropriate options. This way, you can ensure you are always notified of your upcoming mindfulness sessions, fitting them smoothly into your schedule.
*You can click the “Spiked Wheel” to the right of Session Reminders to check or modify the phone number we send SMS text messages to.
