Please keep in mind that the mindfulness practice session times are counted on a per-day basis.
If you watch part of a session one day and then finish it the next day, the session time will be divided between those two days. For instance, if you watch 7 minutes of a session on a Monday and complete the remaining 7 minutes on Tuesday, you will have earned 7 minutes for each day.
This process ensures that your daily mindfulness practice is accurately reflected and counted towards the 1% Challenge (OPC).
And let's not forget the larger objective here. While 14 minutes may not seem like much, it can have a profound effect on your day. This small investment in time can yield significant returns in terms of reduced stress, improved focus, and overall better mental health. So, remember to carve out that little bit of "me time" every day for your mindfulness practice. Your mind and body will thank you!
