Live sessions are a key component of eM Life's offerings. It's a wonderful way for you to interact with our mindfulness instructors in real-time and have your questions answered directly. It's as easy as spending just 1% of your day (approximately 14 minutes) to experience a transformative mindfulness practice.
Here's how you can join a live session:
Log In: Visit https://vibe.emindful.com/login to log in to your account, or log in via the eM Life mobile app.
Click on "LIVE": On the "Home" page of your dashboard, you will find a tab titled "LIVE". Here, you can see a list of upcoming Mindful Daily and Guided Practice sessions.
Choose a Session: Select a session that fits into your schedule.
Join or Register: If it is within 10 minutes of the class start time, click on "Join Now" to enter the session immediately. If the session starts later, click on "Register" to sign up for it.
All of our live sessions are conducted via Zoom, which makes it easy for you to join from wherever you are. If you're using Zoom for the first time, we recommend starting a few minutes earlier to make sure everything is set up correctly. This will ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience as you join the live session.
