Overview of the eM Life Program

Thank you for your interest in our program. We’d love for you to join us! eM Life provides evidence-based, mindfulness programs for everyday life and chronic conditions by helping individuals make every moment matter with greater focus, creativity, and purposeful decisions. 

 

New mindfulness topics and skills are shared every single day - it’s always fresh, based on the world and you in this moment. With 6,500+ live, interactive sessions each year, multiple times every day in various languages, you’re only minutes away from the care and connection you need. 

 

Hundreds of hours of on-demand content across a wide range of topics, like Sleep, Anxiety, Performance & Effectiveness, Mindful Eating, Mindful Parenting, Leadership, Financial Stress, and more.

 

Episodes range from 1 to 10+ minutes and are single sessions and multi-episode series, with new content every month. 

 

We offer a full-suite of purpose-driven mindfulness solutions with proven outcomes. Our programs can be applied to everyday life and chronic conditions, including stress, weight, anxiety, depression, diabetes, chronic pain, addictive behaviors, cancer recovery, tobacco cessation, and compassion fatigue.
