The next 1% Challenge (OPC) will start on January 2, 2024. Participants have the flexibility to begin the challenge at any point between January 2 and January 31, 2024.
Here's how it works:

Start the Challenge: By engaging in a mindfulness practice anytime within the defined start window (between January 2 through January 31, 2024), you kick off your challenge.

Maintain the Habit: From the day you start, you have 40 consecutive days to practice mindfulness and earn rewards.
So, if you were to start the challenge on January 2, 2024, for example, you would have until February 10, 2024, to participate and earn rewards.
Logging in and engaging with our content regularly, encourages you to develop and maintain a mindfulness routine. This consistent practice can lead to increased self-awareness, better stress management, improved focus, and overall enhanced well-being.
