Guided Practice:
Decrease stress and increase your resilience through live, guided meditations with eM Life instructors. These 14 and 30-minute sessions feature longer periods of silence to support your mindfulness practice. These are offered at the bottom of the hour.
Learn to strengthen your practice and grow from the experience of simply being present.
